There’s a daily overabundance of sights and sounds at CalArts, so every now and then we’ll capture them and post on 24700. Walking through the main gallery a few weeks ago, we happened upon a lunchtime jazz ensemble led by CalArts faculty Alphonso Johnson on electric bass with music students Kyle Henry on alto sax, Evan White on tenor sax and bass clarinet, Matt Blitzer on guitar and Cameron Hicks on drums.
