MFA Open Studios this Sunday at CalArts

CalArts MFA students in Art, Photo & Media and Art & Technology hold their annual Open Studios event on Sunday (April 10) from 12-5 pm.
More than 60 artists are participating, with the community invited to view a number of works-in-progress, performances, and film and video screenings in a casual studio environment. The annual event provides an opportunity for CalArts’ emerging artists and the greater LA arts community to interact, engage and discuss current art practices.
The event is free, and light refreshments—including homemade tacos—will be served throughout each day.
Maps will be available at the Institute’s main entrance on Sunday to help guide visitors to the studios. For more information, as well as a preview of the work of current MFA students, please check the Open Studios website.
