Time and Space | 122 Hours of Ink brings together a new collection of work by local LA artists. The show, which opened Oct. 30, includes new prints by artist, writer, educator and CalArts alum Audrey Chan (Art MFA 07). She’s featured alongside 11 artists, including Kimo Bautista, Cat Chiu Phillips, Alysia Ponce and former CalArts visiting faculty Mario Ybarra Jr.

Works in the exhibition are from the Cerritos College Summer Printmaking Residency, which invites local, professional artists to explore various printmaking practices, including silkscreen, intaglio and relief printing. Still in its nascency, the program has hosted two summer residencies at Cerritos College’s printmaking studio.

Guest curated by artist Sergio Teran, this small group of artists-in-residence created new bodies of original prints with Time and Space | 122 Hours of Ink serving as a culmination of two summers of work produced by each of the past participating artists.

The exhibition will be on view until Dec. 7.
