Outfest, an LA-based nonprofit that promotes equality by creating, sharing and protecting LGBT stories on the screen, continues its 32nd Annual Outfest Film Festival throughout Los Angeles theaters.
REDCAT is one of Outfest’s venues and will screen several films on the festival’s final weekend:
Shorts Programs:
- New Queer Latin America Cinema, Thursday at 7 pm
- Shorts by David Wojnarowicz / Mike Hoolbloom, Friday at 7:15 pm
- Hustle (with My Muscle), Saturday at 7:30pm
Feature-length work:
- International drama I Am Happiness on Earth (Mexico, 2013, 115 min), Thursday at 9:30 pm
- Documentary The Dog (USA, 2013, 100 min), Friday at 9:30 pm
Special events:
- A tribute, Soy Artiste: The Secret Shame of Jose´ Esteban Muñoz (60 min), Saturday at 2 pm
