CalArts has claimed the top spot in Animation Career Review’s 2021 ranking of US animation schools and colleges.
Now in its 10th year, Animation Career Review’s annual rankings aims to provide aspiring animation students and their parents ample information about the numerous programs in the nation so as to make an informed decision. Of the nearly 200 animation programs across the US considered for the 2021 edition, CalArts has been named number one for its degree programs, as well as best in the region and the nation at large.
The Institute’s specific 2021 rankings are as follows:
Top 50 Nationally (#1, top 1%)
Top 40 Nationally among Private Schools and Colleges (#1, top 2%)
Top 20 Animation School Programs in California (#1)
