On Monday, June 28, the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) announced the Children’s & Animation and Lifestyle categories for the 48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, with several series created by CalArts alums among the nominees. These nominees will be celebrated in two separate events on Saturday, July 17 and Sunday, July 18 on the Emmy’s virtual platform.
