Rather than standing on ceremony, CalArts graduation is a celebration of students, their families and friends, and the arts. Here’s a quick video that captured sights and sounds from the opening of the graduation 2013 festivities, with music provided by the CalArts Balinese Gamelan, directed by I. Nyoman Wenten and Dance Director Nanik Wenten, and a processional led by the CalArts African Music & Dance Ensemble, co-directed by Andrew Grueschow and Yeko Ladzepko-Cole.
